Activities

Project aims will be achieved through fulfilling the following specific activities:

• Thorough review and update of the learning outcomes and competence definitions relevant to this occupation in different pre-employment and on job learning environments;
• Defining the key and sector specific competences, related to airport screeners occupation;
• Use of tests tools for selection and on job competency assessment;
• Developing of RLF combining three types of learning outcomes: skills, knowledge, personal and professional competencies.
